As the President/CEO of NORCAL Compassionate Senior Care (NCC Senior Care), my journey began with a background in Nursing and Medical Technology. I am upholding a Professional Registered Medical Technologist and Registered Nurse License, with 26 years of experience in healthcare.
My passion for elderly care has driven me to ensure that our senior community receives the highest quality of compassionate and professional care, tailored to meet their unique needs and enhance their quality of life.
I witnessed firsthand the critical need for compassionate and personalized caregiving services. This truly inspired me to establish NORCAL Compassionate Senior Care (NCC Senior Care), taking care of a sick brother with Hemophilia is a deeply personal and impactful experience for me. It taught me compassion, resilience, and the importance of providing consistent and attentive care.
As I navigated the challenges and uncertainties associated with Hemophilia, I gained invaluable insights into managing medical treatments, anticipating health needs, and offering emotional support.
This experience not only shaped my understanding of healthcare but also fueled my passion for ensuring that others receive the same level of nurturing, compassionate care and support that I provided to my brother, especially in the realm of elderly care.

To top of it, Honor and Love Thy Parents, as what our Faith teaches and our principles belief. Having an aging parents, I understand the feeling of how to make them feel your presence despite georgraphically apart. It ultimately inspired me to establish NCC Senior Care to extend that same level of care to others in need.
My background as a Registered Nurse and Registered Medical Technologist uniquely positions me to ensure that every aspect of our caregiving agency adheres to rigorous standards of quality and professionalism. I am dedicated to not only providing exemplary care to our clients but also fostering a supportive and empowering environment for our caregivers.
My professional experience as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal ICU (Intensive Care Unit) has been both rewarding and challenging. Working in this specialized area of healthcare, I’ve gained extensive experience in caring for critically ill newborns and premature infants, as well as understanding the needs of the families.
Upholding a Master’s Degree in Nursing specialized in Medical-Surgical care signifies advanced expertise in managing the complex needs of adult patients across various medical conditions and surgical procedures. This educational background equips me with proficiency in assessing patient conditions, implementing evidence-based practices, and evaluating treatment outcomes.
This specialization prepares me to provide high-quality, resident-centered care while continuously contributing to the success and fulfillment of our founded company NORCAL Compassionate Senior Care (NCC Senior Care).

Happily married for 10 years and a loving Mother of a school age daughter Caly. Cheryl is goal-driven, inspired, devoted and always grateful for taking care of her intact and unsullied little family.

Alejandro, with 25 years in depth Administrative Experience, Graduated Magna Cum Laude in BS Accounting, his exceptional academic and professional background ensures our financial stability and growth.
